for real life lark Pilates classes, all venues

Hello team!

As we work our way through the various phases of this pandemic, it’s important we keep some good measures in place at our real life classes to ensure everyone’s safety.

Please remember that we do these things not only to keep ourselves safe and feeling comfortable, but also to ensure that our class pals are safe and comfy too.

Thanks so much for your help and support with all this.

Here are the details:

  1. If you feel unwell, do not attend.

  2. Ideally you will take a lateral flow test before each class and attend happily with a negative result! I do a quick lateral flow test before each class, to ensure your safety.

  3. If you cannot attend because you feel unwell or test positive, you are welcome to join classes online until you are able to rejoin class in person.

  4. Venues will be well ventilated. So dress in layers and be prepared for a fresh breeze! We will warm up in class of course, but bear in mind that it is winter in Scotland.

  5. You must wear a face mask. You can remove this once settled on your mat. But masks must be worn whenever we move around the room.

  6. Maintain your distance — class numbers are limited to ensure at least one metre distance between mats. Please ensure you also keep a safe distance when entering and leaving class.

  7. Bring your own kit:

    - mat

    - towel, to be rolled up for head support

    - therabands

    - soft Pilates ball

    - hand weights (if you like!), no heavier than 1kg each

  8. If you are not vaccinated it is preferable that you attend online only until you are up to date.

Again, huge thanks.
